Traditional Property Management companies in Northern Virginia, WV, DC, and MD charge between 8% and 15% of monthly rent, plus additional fees for repairs, lease renewals, and tenant placements (often up to a full month’s rent). But with us, you’ll pay only a fraction of that.
Here’s what a traditional property management client might pay monthly (not including extra fees for repairs, renewals, or tenant placement):
• $160-$250 per month for rent below $2,500
• $250-$450 per month for rent above $2,500
